Great location and friendly staff

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the beautiful views along the river and the proximity to downtown with its charming shops and restaurants. The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff went above and beyond, particularly when Kim checked us in. However, the room could have been a bit cleaner.

the room was a bit dirty when we got there. but the breakfast was on point, lots of variety and hot! plus, the staff was super friendly and the location was real convenient for exploring.

The place is super clean and new. My room had a comfy king bed, and it came with a microwave for snacks and a hairdryer, which was handy. The breakfast had a lot to choose from, and everything was kept hot. Parking was easy too!

i loved the location of hampton inn right on the river, with beautiful views and lovely walking paths. being so close to downtown was a huge plus, with cute shops and great food options. the breakfast was delicious and the workout facility was clean and well-maintained.

We had a great time here! The location is perfect with boutique shops nearby, and the bike trail is easily accessible. Our room was super spacious and very clean. Plus, they happily allowed our dog to stay, which was a big win for us.

This is a beautiful newer hotel with a great location! So clean & very comfortable. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. , also a tasty breakfast available.

The pool was freezing cold and the towels were all out. Check-in was late, and our room lacked basic cleanliness. webbing and debris everywhere.

Just an excellent fit for a whistle-stop in Cedar Falls with real value for money. The staff were very nice and accommodating during my stay. Make sure to check the microwave before using it, as it didn't heat my leftovers properly.

The King Room was super clean and comfy. I loved the spacious feel and the newer vibe of the hotel. Great shower pressure too! The view was nice and it was perfect for my quick stay. No real complaints here!
